The company is primarily engaged in the development and integral manufacturing of composites parts, subassemblies and assemblies, using preimpregnated raw materials in high strength thermoset resins with polymerization in autoclave in high or low pressure cycles. It was established in 1999 as an aeronautical engineering supporting manufacturing, since then all the know-how let it continue growing in manufacturing, from tooling, metal and composite parts till now, making major assembly jigs. The company has a registered office located in La Rinconada, Spain. Its Metal Division manufactures and assemblies machined and sheet metal parts, with an owned final processes line. The company manufactures in different materials for sheet metal, with possible heat treatments, a wide spread of subassemblies and complete assemblies, for structural parts, electric centrals and electronic supports. It assembles different elements from non-structural parts to finished final assemblies in metal and composite materials. The company manufactures and supplies aeronautical assemblies, sheet metal subassemblies, jigged assemblies, and metal with composite material assemblies. It integrates medium and entire airframes than go to the final assembly lines, such as POD's, central boxes and external wings. It offers to its customers special services to meet their needs: final processes, heat treatments, non-destructive testing, three-dimensional inspection in-house and in its customer's facilities, and ultrasonic inspections. The company offers tooling design and manufacturing since 1999. All the tooling design needed for its products are designed in its Engineering Department. The company works for main OEMs and principle Tier1 in the aerospace industry. AIRBUS classifies the company in its major supplier for AIRBUS Military List, being SOFITEC Tier 1 in the aerospace industry.
